On the whole, a dedicated faculty and staff who are self-sacrificial and very concerned about the students.

Cons

The past administration implemented a Corporate model, in order to run the College like a business, and morale was affected.

Pros

Best group of leaderships and co-workers I've ever worked with! Fantastic benefits: low cost health coverage, company matches retirement plan, flex spending account, meal plans, and they offer more PTO than any other company I know.

Cons

It is a rapid changing environment, perhaps too much change at once. Departments should learn support and communicate with each other better.
