Pros

Geneva knows who they are and what they aspire to be. Focus is on the students and building well-qualified Christians that can enter the marketplace and contribute. Character and integrity are important. It is not ashamed to hold to a Biblical worldview regardless of what popular culture is trying to dictate.

Cons

As with most small colleges, salary budget is tight. Geneva, due to their denominational affiliation, may be losing some students because of the traditions on the denomination.
