Most unprofessional managers I have even seen in my life No processes, procedures, requirements, responsible persons, guidelines, nothing Technology stack is 100% different from OFFER and contract! How that can be possible at all?

Fundamentally employees are not valued; managers lack very basic team manager skills and are some of the worst you’ll ever come across
