Small team that own the whole product. I was in multidisciplinary team and our product had lot of challenges, we were able to innovate and propose new things to our technical director. Great work environment. HR team is awesome

Cons

There were some repeated efforts accross the teams due to the lack of centralized toolchains and infrastructure code (company was working on that when I left)
