      Pros

      Very good people to work with. Small community like feeling. Give lot of importance to employee and value the work you do.

      Cons

      If somebody is looking for career growth or is in the initial stages of the career then this is not the place.

      Pros

      Interesting work for a variety of clients. Previous review say people are fired after contracts run out... not by my experience. Great management who are transparent and open about the business. Other reviews here complain, but my salary is far market value and I'm happy.

      Cons

      Pension matching isn't that high and takes a number of years to kick in. Health insurance is good, but employee cost portion is higher than other companies; I think because Genova is a smaller company.
