      Pros

      I have been working in Genpact for 1 year and 5 months It is good for learner. Nice environment there , good infrastructure . It provides WFH that is good thing. There are lots of opportunity for bencher. They arrange lots of interview when anyone goes to bench.

      Cons

      less Salary increment like nothing. No snack , no a single cup of tea is provided. No Fun , No outing. Not good for experience because of no increment.
