There are 5 round for java programmer, 1st,2st and 3 Rd are pure technical writing the core java source code and 4 th round. Managerial : it was logical and formal discussion 5th round :HR round for salary discussion...I am really glad for all round in genpact..this is good for my future career on working finance domain
