      Great company to start your career as a young student however hard to have work life balance due to constant pressure

      1) they encouraging: learning by practicing even though you might fail 2) they have as client top customers , seems like a new company each time you for another customer 3) trusting people with higher roles even though the respective person might not be considering himself/ herself ready for the job- many times you evolve 4) focus on digital and transformation, nurturing a culture of process improvement, standardization, robotics, etc. 5) diverse environment, exposed to all level of leadership and cultures

      Cons

      1) constant pressure to deliver things and not valuing the person 2) very hard to maintain work life balance 3) while focusing on transformation and AI basics are forgotten and this caused disruptions in the processes
