Pros
Learning & growth opportunities, mainly for beginners and the ones who want to become managers. Overall open to improvement ideas (but short on people to implement); young environment.
Cons
Chaotic in decisions, although good ideas, they get tangled mainly in implementation a lot, reporting to young managers which don't always know what they are doing or to more experienced ones who are busy solving emergencies and non-sense requests, just for "visibility" purposes. No systems in place, despite the size of the company, resulting in a lot of non added value work and chaos. Not so good in work-life balance.
