      Pros

      Multiple opportunities, challangies, competitive environment. Lots of really smart and strong proffesionals. Multinational exposure al all levels. Huge clients.

      Cons

      Challanges you to be good in time and stress mgm. It's a huge organisation...politics will happened. Cultural adjustment is not a walk in the park. Yes' pay may be higher in other places ...at expence of growth, I feel. Internal processes and tools need upgrades.
