High career growth opportunities from a entry-level position to middle management level provided you're a person that shows seriousness and willingness. Various service lines that you can work in based on your interest: finance, hr, it.

Cons

Corporate "bureaucracy" in terms of company policies, evaluation, approvals, etc. Not so atractive salary grids in comparison to some similar players on the market with low low increase percentage (most likely based on promotion than on yearly appraisal).
