A lot of opportunities to develop a career, available trainings, good senior managers,mentors. The business itself offers a great job stability.

Cons

Unpaid overtime hours Limited budget for motivation of the employee A big problem with releaseability, in case you want to promote. A lot of first line managers don't even know what they're teams are in charge with, or who is doing what.

Excellent for new joiners, because it gives them the possibility to develop highly demanded skills in a very short period of time. Great schedule; possibility to work from home, part-time and to adjust the time at work.

Cons

Low transparency of decisions. Salary. Low chances of promotion.
