You gain a lot of experience in working with ERP systems. You can get Lean/Green belt/Six Sigma certified.

Cons

No matter how good you are, cutting costs is always a priority. Nobody really cares but you can be replaced easily if you don't give up your personal life. You will always feel discouraged by the client as this is what outsourcing mean. Paid help to get abused.
