If you're lucky, you can work with really great people. They're flexible with you're working hours.

Cons

Annually increase payment only by 5%; no matter if you do more or less, it is equal for all. They don't give you a higher percentage on the increased salary if you're working more. Extra hours are not paid. They don't give you other recognitions or bonuses for your efforts and daily problem-solving. You receive only the salary and meal tickets. And other "benefits" they try to sell you as big deal only to shut you up.
