Pros

Coworkers are very nice and dedicated to their jobs.

Cons

As with any company in this day and age turnover is an issue. But it can lead to accelerated advancement opportunities for those that put in the effort.

Pros

The company offers room for growth and tries to promote from within. Management and HR seem to genuinely care about the employees. Some of the benefits include monthly attendance bonuses, health benefits, employee of the month/year and 401k with a company match.

Cons

The family health insurance package is a little pricey, would like to see that come down some. Too many open positions/overtime due to turnover in this area. In my opinion, the turnover does not have much to do with the job itself because the work is enjoyable, this area just has a lot of competition.
