Great place to work. As a developer you get a lot of freedom on the stack you use for the most part. No real deadline pressures for most projects.
Great work life balance. A good mix of project types to work on.
You get to work on the entire life cycle for projects.
In 6+ years I never met a single person I disliked in the company.
Those you work with closely, IT and Marketing, are all fantastic people.
New telecommute policy was a nice perk.
Cons
Gensco has grown a lot recently, and it has management spread a little thin but they are doing what they can. Not a con really as growth is a good thing. They are adjusting.
