Not all projects have good leadership and management. In order to get the project deal, the proposal goes with a low fee for the client, causing staff to bill 40 hours but work realistically 60, weekly. Raises are not frequent, and when they come, it's very low, like 1% a year Usually they promise something and change their mind if it's not convenient anymore, roles and pay, which is highly unethical and shows lack of care for the employee. At the end, all you are is a number and if your number doesn't work for them and with their numbers, they won't think twice to benefit themselves.
