the projects are really inspiring and ambitious. I loved the work and most of the teams I worked with

the office leaders are highly political and don't seem to know what they are doing. I felt the managing directors would never really take charge and lead, but seemed to be there pointing the finger when things went wrong. the promotions process seemed highly political but I wasn't too involved in it. overall the culture is not the best and its hard to see it getting better.
