A culture that genuinely practices what it preaches. Individuals encouraged to evolve into their best and strongest self. I have been in a number of large businesses and Gensler and its culture are truly unique.

Cons

Much less than you would find at a much smaller business and always the ability to to resolve and discuss

Vesting periods are a very standard feature in employer-offered retirement accounts (like 401(k)s) for employer-matched contributions, typically requiring 3–5 years of service for full ownership. ESOP accounts are fully funded by Gensler. Employees are fully vested after 5 years of service.
