Terrible

Pros

Pay, bonuses, alcohol during the day (but is that really a “pro”? Unprofessional in retrospect).

Cons

Horrible mentoring, little to no leadership, “mean-girl” culture, terrible studio leaders who take no responsibility for their poor/incomplete/badly designed space, frought with mistakes. Gossipy studio directors who talk about fellow designers behind their backs. Very unprofessional.

Pros

Global firm with resources for research and development. Multiple opportunities for growth in a variety of practice areas and interests. Ability to meet people from around the world.

Cons

There can be a lot of red tape if when it comes to exploring some ideas or initiatives. Corporate culture can be stifling. Communication of decisions not always clear to employees.
