Pros

Opportunities to work on different scale of projects and variety of project types. Flexible working hours. Decent pay and benefits.

Cons

overwhelming extra curicullar activities to be able to move up in career. A lot of times it could go down to where you feel like a screw in a big machine.

Pros

Great resources and opportunities for self-starters. Some offices have different politics but it is expected in corporate environment - if you're in the right office, politic is minimal and hierarchy is pretty flat.

Cons

Larger size offices can be highly political but at the same time provides an opportunity for the fittest to survive, thrive, and suceed.
