      I enjoyed working here, the company gives a lot of education opportunities and some of the projects are exciting.

      Overtime work, lots of drafting time , not everyone gets design opportunity

      Overall coworkers are well-mannered and smart. The project types are quite various with great opportunities. You will have a good work life balance.

      Depends on office, the working environment could be different, but you could be doing what you are good at for the most of times? Depends..

      Pros

      After working here, it's hard NOT to compare every aspect of a new job to 'how Gensler does it' they have a great culture of learning for Junior staff, and are open to new ideas...if it benefits the company. I was proud to have worked there, and it gave me an excellent foundation, but I realize it's not for everyone.

      Cons

      Long hours - they pay overtime, but they expect you to do overtime. You have to be aggressive to get noticed and advance, just doing your job won't be enough. They have alot of in-office extracurricular activities, but don't encourage design events outside the office, so it can feel like you're in a bit of a design-bubble. The pay isn't great.
