The projects are top-notch, the compensation and benefits are best-in-class, and there are lots of opportunities to move up or around among different offices - if you are smart and ambitious.
Cons
Like any large organization, Gensler has a political dimension. Being successful at Gensler doesn't just mean doing a good job, it means being NOTICED for doing a good job. So you have to be engaged, and you have to promote yourself. Also, there are Gensler ways of doing things, so if you are a maverick who wants to do it your way, you may not like Gensler.
