      Good Flexible workplace for career explorers and opportunity for cross-design discipline. Strong in project repositioning and workplace strategy.

      Good design but not great. The team is young and very organic structure.

      Pros

      Management is highly supportive. There's a strong social aspect and everyone makes you feel welcome. High values and standards, everything feels like you're working in the 21st century. High quality of design and you're given everything to succeed, including loads of benefits.

      Cons

      The learning curve is steep due to new methods of working.
