The most bunch of talented people I was able to work with. good benefits with esop Takes the time to actually track and manage projects - sense of business they will teach you if you are interested. Cons
Salaries are low…better bonus, but added it do still do not match the market. HIGHLY competitve mindset. Promotion system in place is not helping either. Some leaders are amazing…but it feels that other are completely disconnected Top heavy - the growth is very slow. They sometimes look for the « buzz » rather than actual quality or logical response. If you are not comfortable to express yourself very directly, you will get pigeonholed or burned out.
