Pros

Truly entrepreneurial spirit. Learning is encouraged and innovation is championed.

Cons

Some of that learning and innovation may have to be on your own time.

Pros

Over-time pay, Freedom to move around studios/ offices and have the opportunity to explore different design sectors. Collaborative environment.

Cons

Work is entirely design/branding/marketing oriented. Not a lot of experience/ care in construction documents, documentation skills. If you are a junior person is bad for your fundamentals. If you are experienced, you can really show off and advance. Lower salaries than other big offices - but they pay over time.
