Lots of job responsibility, diverse projects to provide you with an opportunity to grow your skills, you're not treated like an intern but instead looked at as being equal, large workforce to provide many opportunities to grow and learn from your peers, great way to learn about different manufacturers in the business as they are always eager to speak with you when you tell them your with Gensler

Easy to get placed in a niche. Sometimes there can be many late nights making it difficult to take advantage of industry events.
