Very ethical setting, ture patient and family advocates, longevity of clinical staff (some for over 12 years), clinical team believes in doing what is right by the patient; corporate works with you and your director to help meet professional goals.

Cons

Being in Marketing you are judged on your goal for the month, but you are not fired for not meeting those goals.
