Initially, the hiring process was apparent, organized, and structured—clear direction on what would take place within the first 90 days of hire, upon accepting the job offer from corporate.
Cons
Upon working at the facility, no workflow was followed through. Very clickish type environment, was not team-oriented—no structure or direction at the particular location.
