Great pay, flexible hours, supportive management, work as many or as few hours as you like.
Cons
If you are looking for W-2 work this might not be for you. This position is 1099. I found with tax deductions it works out great.

Administration consistently seeks feedback from employees and uses the feedback to make improvements. Flexible schedule. Good systems in place. They care about their mission and children we serve immensely! Friendly and extremely dedicated to their therapists.
Cons
Working full-time with special needs kids can be exhausting physical and mentally.
