Good for a few years, but now the company is drastically falling
Pros
-Hybrid. (Three days in office, but we are sure it will go to four.) -Good insurance -Probably best for college kids fresh out of school, but i would not stay here long term (less than 5 years)
Cons
-STRICT time management. (If you go over 15 or under in a two week period, you will get a verbal warning) -Low pay for work that is required -They usually hire outside when it comes to management positions(so you are basically stuck at Supervisor level) - Training is sit and take notes and pray you understand it. - They favor HQ location more and it shows in all the social media posts. - They take MONTHS to hire/fill a position - Very high work load with little praise(everyone here is on survival mode) - Changes to our polices for supplier has drastically affected our relationship with them and we are legit not paying invoices for simple variances on said invoice -Bad rumors about HR so nobody wants to speak up.
