      The employees try really hard.

      Cons

      Mid and upper manager are clueless. "Promote from within" so you end up with Inbred relationship of people who don't know anything but the company culture. Security out of control. Can't spell "Best Practices". Anyone who has any breadth of experience will feel stifled here.

      I worked on a team of great people.

      Cons

      There are a lot of great employees at Napa, however Management sucks... poor communication and very political... there are workers who have been there 20 plus years and not even moved to a higher position. No advancement opportunities if management does not like you. Very political and job titles seem to an issue at this facility.
