      Commitment to volunteerism in the community. Flexibility for remote work. Great people. Challenging work.

      Cons

      Stockholders and the bottom line rule. Constant dread of the next round of layoffs. Very quick to outsource positions and whole teams to less expensive, off shore resources. Enjoy it while you can.
