      Pros

      You get to volunteer 40 hours a year and the company will pay you for that time.

      Cons

      Recently cut 401k benefits and placed salary caps on all non upper management positions.

      The lack of follow up from VP's lead to poor management from Directors. When you have consistent poor surveys from employees in regards to leadership, maybe you need to take the time investigate how your leaders are talking to the your associates
