      Pros

      Company truly cares about employees and the community. Decent benefits, great vacation time, and paid volunteer time. Lots of paid holidays. Most customers are fantastic to work with.

      Cons

      Upper management needs restructuring. Some departments are clique-y. Annual review process is a headache, but bonuses and raises are decent. Cafeteria is very expensive.

      Great Company and location Nice colleagues Good Pay Growth Opportunities Work life balance

      Cons

      New Managers who have joined in last 2 years or so have spoil the culture Managers promote and support only the people they hire. Existing team members are despised. Common theme across big departments for senior management to trust only people they have worked with before. It does not matter what you say what matters is who says it.
