      A great place to work & great people

      Pros

      5 months into the role I feel so lucky to work here! My leadership team gets data and supports me while constantly pushes me to grow. My goals and the goals of my teammates are clear, and I have a voice with where we go from a strategy perspective. The benefits are fairly comparable to previous employer, an onsite gym and locker rooms, and I have a view to see outside from my desk window.

      Cons

      The only constant here is change. If you can't roll with the punches and adapt to new processes, leadership, opportunities or whatever it may be, you might not enjoy the environment here. The buildings are a little dated and could use some updating but I have all the tools I need to get my job done.

      The pay is very competitive, and the atmosphere is very casual. Moving up in the company is very possible, quicker than normal.

      Cons

      The future of the long term care industry is kind of up in the air.

      Pros

      Genworth is wonderful company to work for. They don't hesitate in demonstrating their appreciation for you as an person, but also as an employee. I work with different teams and have learned various aspects of the company. In addition, they give employees 40 hours a year to give back to the community.

      Cons

      There is nothing about this company that I don't appreciate.
