      Mostly great people to work with, long term employees over 20 years of service with diversity in all departments. . Company is very involved with yearly career and interpersonal classes, and believe in volunteering in the community, which is encouraged and allow time from your day for involvement. They have company celebrations for achievements in a BIG way, along with monthly personal departmental birthdays and years of service, and Awards individually for special projects achieved etc. An admirable place to work.

      Cons

      New management and some departmental managers are disconnected with their production departments, which has supported other areas during the financial crisis. These production employees are unsure of their immediate futures, along with the long term employees, with the new implantation of "Lean" policy procedures.
