      I love my job..

      Pros

      The pay is good. There is definite opportunity for advancement in the company. Training is thorough. Management really cares about their employees. The company contributes to the community a lot. Paid holidays and 20 days of paid vacation/sick time when you start (increases by 5 days every 5 years). Tuition reimbursement for job related degrees.

      Cons

      Systems are kind of outdated. Customers are frequently frustrated because of premium increases. Company is facing financial difficulty due to errors made 30+ years ago.

      Pay and benefits are great. It's really a great place to work. Highly involved in the community. Lots of customer service jobs.

      Cons

      Uncertain future of the business. The upper management attempts to be transparent but there is always an uneasy feeling in meetings.

      I have loved working for Genworth ... From the benefits, to the starting time off of 4 weeks, to the employees. Genworth offers amazing volunteer programs, they offer casual day tickets where you can dress down the whole month, they have a HUGE christmas party, they do events for us almost monthly. Its just a great company

      Cons

      The department I am in doesn't get paid that much
