      Excellent Benefits, Onsite Gym, Community Volunteer activities, Onsite Cafeteria

      Cons

      Tough work environment when there is uncertainty about what area of the business that is going to be sold off or if the company is going to be in existence given the ongoing financial struggles this company is facing, micromanaging on the part of lower management in the call center, inconsistency among management staff, favoritism abounds, the call center is not a place to work in or would be recommended to work in.

      Cons

      Upper management has no idea what they want to do. Every few months, there is change within the organization. I was reorged twice in my two years there.
