      Pros

      Good benefits, 4 weeks vacation, on site nurse practitioner (free with insurance), on site gym (extremely cheap), good co-workers, on-site cafeteria, free parking with garage. Work life balance is what you make it - some people bring work home, many don't.

      layoffs, moral is low right now, constant re-structuring

      Pros

      People are great, positive culture, can do and did get it done attitude. I do miss it there, learned a lot and everything I learned there is valuable to other companies. I was able to take and enjoy my vacations when there, unlike other employers where the balance is totally weighted in the favor of the company.

      Cons

      Financial outlook of the company is rocky. The economic downturn was not expected to last as long, and some segments were affected more from housing than "Genny" could tolerate.

      Great benefits and on site gym. Solid employees and company values. The company is committed to serving the Richmond community. Great place to work.

      Cons

      Business is currently cutting costs and restructuring the business. A lot of opportunity due to the challenging environment. Moral is low due to uncertainty with the business.
