      This is a fun place to work. Outstanding community service opportunities. Good camaraderie. Strong leadership team. Products actually help people. Initiative is rewarded.

      Cons

      Business lines and HQ could work together more effectively. Communications within business units do not always make their way to HQ and we should think of Genworth as one team - we are not that big. Current performance management system drives competition between employees - an old school approach.

      no pressure, easy work environment, not complicated. My role was very basic. he best part was i wasnt forced into working undue hours like some other similar companies

      Cons

      culture was a bit childish. Lots of weird schools style assemblies, awards ceremonies and bad motivational speeches. If you like fake high school spirit then you would like this place.
