Pros

Amazing benefits, wonderful retirement, life insurance, health insurance (the best of the best), and a culture of co-workers that really seem to care about you at the individual level. Large emphasis on hiring from within. Seniority is very praised.

Cons

Pay is very low, incentive is lower, very little room for promotions within departments, raises are miniscule (1-3%, if that), bonus is almost non-existent ($500/year). Very inflexible work and time off schedules.

Positive work environment, ethical staff/employees, knowledgeable co-workers, good working environment, gym and wellness center

Cons

Little room for advancement, designations are not generally appreciated which creates an environment that does not help one to grow skills by learning from more experienced staff - such as in process improvement, project management, international business development

I got a pension contribution each year. Most of the time not huge micro management but that was changing. Top down nice focus on philanthopy and active charity involvement of all employees--- Heart.

Cons

lack of flexibility, no desire to grow the business, try new things to change growth trajectory of the business.
