There are many people in management that have no business being there and good people under them suffer for their ineptness. Expectations are extremely high and the company has a well-deserved reputation for working employees to death -- very true. There is no work/life balance and no appreciation for those who work the hardest vs. those who just do the minimum to get by. I was there for 3 years and the company fails miserably in training its employees or giving them the right information/tools to do their jobs. It's common knowledge that they just throw you in and expect you to do the work. They really need to work on that; it's not fair to employees.

Low pay, benefits decreasing, bad reputation, poor quality of leadership, low incentives, cost cutting, broken business model, terrible processes, low investment in IT, and drab offices.
