I've been working at Genworth for just over 5 years and I feel I'm in a good position to review the company. Genworth is a rare find. They are loyal to their employees while still making customers a priority. The benefits are amazing and complete with retirement, Long and Short-term Disability, medical, dental, etc... Growth is encouraged, and I have found upward movement to be not only possible but probable - if you do a good job. I will not be leaving this company!
