Pros

It sounds trite, but I love my job! I've been with the company for over 30 years. Genworth offers the ultimate work flexibility. I work from home full time, and my hours are flexible enough to allow me to incorporate my life needs with my work schedule. I also really appreciate Genworth's commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Everyone I work with is open to celebrating our differences without prejudice. I feel great about the work I do, helping people support their families during times when a loved one needs Long Term Care. Finally, our unlimited time off benefit is truly excellent. I heartily recommend Genworth as a great place to work!

Cons

At this time I don't have any criticisms of Genworth.

Pros

Genworth has a really impressive company culture. They have very generous benefits including CTO, volunteer time off, and employee resource group time off. They have a strong commitment to diversity and put a lot of funding into their employee resource group events. The new office is beautiful and offering a hybrid schedule only requiring employees to work in person 2 days a week is a huge plus! I have the flexibly to be home with my family but also get that in person collaboration time with my colleagues.

Cons

The experience for non exempt employees and exempt employees is very different. Exempt employees get far more flexibility than non exempt employees.
