      Benefits good, allotted PTO good, volunteer days off, matching 401k & charitable donations

      Cons

      Talks about diversity but does not actually support it (Raleigh execs 99% white male); real lack of advancement for women & minorities. Has accelerated program for recent grads into management training track, nothing for long time employees. Difficult to advance. Salary growth limited unless in sales. Rohit Gupta & team don't trust employees to remain productive remotely in future, requiring return to office to sit in cubicles.
