      The Benefits are very good. Most of the people that work there are nice and friendly.

      Cons

      Outdated way of working, outdated technology. Old School mentality in how to manage people. Some leaders are micromanaging.

      They micromanage unnecessarily, scrutinizing every aspect of your work even when it's not warranted. They tend to second-guess decisions, provide overly detailed instructions, and constantly request updates on even minor tasks.

      Pros

      Great PTO available, 25 days plus holidays. Pretty flexible hours for the most part.

      Cons

      Micromanaged as far as metrics go, the pay is low compared to the amount of work and stress that is involved. Can only apply to new position after a year at your current position; each time you change roles you are not eligible to apply to a new role until the following year.
