      Pros

      I love the community there because for the most part everyone is nice. Company has great awards and rewards for good work and just recognition from others Generous time off

      Cons

      Strict on getting call quality right. It’s like a game of memorization which is very discouraging. The goal needs to be focused assisting the caller nothing more everything else is an additive or plus and not against such has promoting their website or survey should not count against you if you miss or don’t go over it.
