      Great benefits but with a price

      Pros

      Great Benefits: Start off with 20 days off (CTO) a year. Insurance, both medical and life, are provided with low premiums.

      Cons

      The work atmosphere is horrible. People seemed, actually are unhappy working there and upper management seems unable to change that. It is not just a few people that seem unhappy, its the majority. Management seems unable to stop office politics, with some people in management enjoying it. Morale is very low which is shared across several teams if not the whole location. Training is sub-par and not adequate with little to no organization.

      Pros

      Very nice benefit package Facilities in Richmond are nice (cafeteria, gym, etc.) Good choice time off package to start with (20 days)

      Cons

      Sometimes feel that the technology here is from the 1980s Not a very recognizeable name in the industry

      Pros

      good benefits and they try to make you feel important. Seems like they are trying to push the company forward in a new/good direction.

      Cons

      A lot of favoritism shown by management towards certain associates. If you are not in their "click" be prepared for the way you are treated and looked upon. Will find ways to single you out to try to push you out the door.
