      The pay was nice no weekends

      Cons

      You have a hard time getting out on time. People would get off 20 minutes late 3 times a month. Extremely micromanaged on call quality to a ridiculous degree. They aren’t a good company but they expect excellence all while delaying a senior citizens money for which you will get yelled at for. I wouldn’t trust them at all. Would not wish this job on my worse enemy
